2018 was a great year in Mendoza, and these three delicious wines are coming into their prime.
 
Tempus Alba only make red wine and they are experts in their field.
 
A Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Tempranillo. Winemaker Mariano Biondolillo's approach is to macerate each for a little longer than usual which provides some extra tannin to the wine. Each of the varietals were then aged for 8 months in a mixture of 70% French oak and 30% American oak barrels.
 
Over the years that tannin softens to develop super smooth and silky wines with great body. Five years on and these three are at their best. They can be opened now or leave another few years if you can wait that long.
