Rasam is a Tamil word for juice and this wine is made from the juice of the finest Cabernet Franc grapes from a single vineyard in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. The 2020 wines are of very high quality as the fruit was healthy and high in polyphenolic concentration, as well as acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then straight into the bottle, this wine is a lovely expression of this popular varietal.
