This superb Malbec was grown in a vineyard located over 1000m above sea level in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. The best fruit are used for the wine, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with up to 28 days of maceration which is monitored throughout by regularly tasting the wine. Then 15 months in first use French oak barrels of first, before finally being allowed to rest in the bottle.

    Tasting Notes: This beautifully oaked Malbec is an intense red with aromas of blackberry, plums, and black pepper. On the palate it is lovely and soft with well structured tannins and a nice integration with the oak. The long finish is a delight.
