Made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grapes from the San Pablo single vineyard located 1350m above sea level in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. The cold nights at this altitude give the wines great intensity in colour, aroma, and structure. This excellent sparkling wine was made using the traditional Champagne method. The wine is put into bottles with a little yeast and sugar and stored in cellars for a second fermentation in the bottle that creates the fizz. It was left on the lees for up to 10 months.

A great value, high quality sparkling that is ideal for any occasion
