Malbec Rosé, or Rosado in Argentina, is a great wine for warmer days or as an aperitif.

100% Malbec grapes hand picked in early March from the 24-year-old vines located in Lujan de Cuyo. After a single night maceration it was fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16C. Then into the bottle for a minimum of 2 months rest.

Tempus Alba Rosado (Rosé) Malbec

£12.50Price
  • Type: Rosé

    Grape: Malbec

    Year: 2021

    ABV: 14%

    Region: Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza

Food: Summer parties were made for this wine as it's ideal as an aperitif. It also has enough body and fragrance to match stronger white meat or fish dishes, salmon teryaki being a prime example, and lighter spicey food.

Tasting Notes: A lively pink colour and great nose of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. The taste touches on cherry boiled sweets but the acidity evens this rosardo out nicely so still frefreshing.
