Tempus Alba Malbec Reserva 2018
This Malbec is drinking beautifully right now, Tempus Alba make their wines for aging and at five years old this wine has come of age right now. It's the combination of a long maceration period and then aging for 8 months in a mixture of 70% French oak and 30% American oak barrels that make this happen. 
 
VAV Malbec 2021
The Malbec grapes for this wine were harvested during the first half of April from a vineyard located in Vista Flores in the Uco Valley. This particular vineyard sits at over 3,500 feet above sea level and is a combination of rocky, sand, and clay soils.
A long 14 months of French oak barrel ageing has contributed to a lovely rich, bold, and full bodied wine that is a delight to drink now and will also keep for a good few years yet.
