Like the Capion Blanc the Rouge is made in limited quantities, there are only 2,600 bottles of this 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon. There is just 1 hectare of 35 year old vines and the grapes were handpicked in October 2018. The wine was left to age in oak barrels for 12 months and was bottled in December 2020. This is a delicious wine with lots of dark fruits and a silky smooth feel. Enjoy.

Tasting Notes: A deep ruby red in colour with a powerful nose of rich and rip fruits. Fresh on the palate with good acidity, lots of red and black fruits and a hint of spices. The tannins are well rounded and beautifully balanced, a long and smooth finish.
