This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Antucura vineyards located at 1,050m above sea level in the Uco Valley. Low annual rainful and very warm sunshine all year round make ideal conditions for the vines to produce high quality grapes. Hand picked and sorted twice to ensure only the best grapes go into the wine, fermented in stainless steel tanks. There's no ageing in oak barrels so this is all about the delightful fruit and spice notes.

  • Type: Red

    Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon

    Year: 2021

    ABV: 14%

    Region: Uco Valley, Mendoza

Food: Delicious on its own or go for steak, obvious I know. A burger, which is basically steak after all. Beef short ribs and other braised beef dishes. Roast or grilled lamb. Portabello mushrooms. Cheese.

Tasting Notes: The colour of this Cabernet is a deep and intense red with a nose of ripe fruit as well as the customary aromas of pepper and liquorice typically found with this varietal. Lots of delicious red fruits in the mouth with soft and elegant tannins and a sweet finish.
