100% Malbec. The grapes were handpicked from a vineyard in the Uco Valley. A third of the wine was aged in oak barrels for 14 months and the remainder in steel tanks. With only a third aged in oak the fruit flavours of the Malbec stay intact with a background hint of vanilla.
