This ever popular and fabulous blend is made from grapes grown in three different vineyards all over 1000 metres above sea level in Mendoza. The wine made from each of the varietals was aged separately for 6months, then blended and aged together for a further 6months. There is a bold ruby red colour and strong aromas of preserved red fruits, nuts, smoke, cassis and clove. On the palate it has a smooth velvet feel with soft tannins and a long finish. Drink now and for 10+ years

In addition the Inspirado can be enjoyed without food. We suggest decanting the 2019 for at least an hour before you drink it to really allow the flavours to open up.
