The winery is situated at the heart of the Valpolicella Classica in the village area of Marano. The wine and grape skins go through a second fermentation together, during which tannins and phenolic compounds are absorbed into the wine. Ageing in oak for 12 months then rounds and softens the tannins

Food: Perfect partner for chicken, seafood, grilled vegetables, and lighter pasta dishes
Tasting Notes: This rich wine is an intense ruby red colour with just a hint of purple. Lots of delicious black fruits to taste with some raisins and chocolate in the background. A good alternative to a Pinot Noir.
