Made from 100% Malbec grapes from a single vineyard located 1350m above sea level in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. The cold nights at this altitude give the wines great intensity in colour, aroma, and structure. This excellent sparkling wine was made using the traditional Champagne method. The wine is put into bottles with a little yeast and sugar and stored in cellars for a second fermentation in the bottle that creates the fizz. It was left on the lees for up to 10 months.


A high quality sparkling Malbec that is extremely popular.

    Food: This classy wine was made to party. It's perfect as an apertif or with most canapes including smoked salmon belinis. It would also be a great breakfast sparkling wine with scrambled eggs and salmon bagels for that special occasion.

    Tasting Notes: Less acidic than some rose champagnes. Tastes of  strawberries, raspberries and cherries with hints of orange citrus and toast. A bright pink colour with lots of long lasting small bubbles.
