Made from 100% Malbec grapes, grown in the vineyards of Tupungato, Mendoza. The wine was made using the traditional method, the same way that Champagne is made in France. The wine is put into the bottles with a little yeast and sugar, and stored in our cellars for a second fermentation in the bottle that creates the fizz; it was left on the lees for 16 months.
