This estate is situated between Beziers and Agde in the Languedoc and has been in the same family for over five generations. From vines
growing in volcanic soil the grapes were harvested by machine and
fermented with natural yeast at a low temperature. The grape skins and juice remain in contact for no more than 8 hours to obtain just enough fruit and colour. It has aromas of rose and ruby red grapefruit and a palate full of red fruit and refreshing minerality.
