The wine’s Malbec grapes are grown at 1350 meters above sea level in Gualtallary, Mendoza. The terroir gives the wine its unique purity, respected throughout the winemaking process. The wine ferments at approximately 30C in concrete vats/eggs, and is then aged for 12 months in first and second use oak barrels. After resting for another 4 months in the bottle, it is ready to drink, although time only makes it better.

Food: Classic red meats and soy flavours are ideal with this Malbec as are strong cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Smooth tannins and medium acidity, this is a great Malbec. The nose has a red fruit mix including cherry, tobacco and toast and the taste extends into plum, cherry and dark chocolate. A medium to long finish.
