An ideal set of three wines to see you through the Bank Holiday weekend, perfect to pair with a spicy Saturday night feast, a delicious Sunday roast, or a BBQ in the sunshine on Monday. Failing that, just enjoy them on their own!

Aranwa Torrontes 2020

One of the best Eastern Mendoza Torrontes. The floral aroma of elderflower really comes through on the nose, delicately balanced with bright but delicate acidity and mineral tones. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seabass, salmon, trout, monkfish or chicken. A lighter Thai curry wouldn't overwhelm the nose. A red lentil dhal or a dish including coriander would be a perfect match.

Antucura Malbec 2018

If you're a Malbec lover then this wine represents superb value for your money, and it is everything that you would want from this varietal. Delicious fruit flavours ripple through the mouth and an amazing long finish. Pair with BBQ favourites including beef or veggie burgers and sausages. Grilled portobello mushrooms. Classic beef dishes, lamb and strong cheeses including blue. Dark chocolate.

Tempus Alba Syrah 2016

A Syrah lovers delight! After pressing and fermentation, this wine was aged for 6 months in a mix of 70% French and 30% American new oak barrels, giving it great structure and a subtle hint of vanilla. Having a BBQ and want a wine to match your grilled asparagus, sausages and steaks? This Syrah is ideal as it loves smokey flavours. But surprisingly this Syrah also works very well with stronger greens like spinach and kale so it’s actually fantastic with a range of vegetarian food. The slightly sweet edge to this Syrah is also great with teriyaki, miso or chili flavours.
