This is a new wine from Antucura made from 100% Pinot Noir. It is a Blanc de Noir which is a white wine made from a red grape. The grape skins had a little contact with the wine to give it a delicate salmon colour.

This is superb as an aperitif and can be enjoyed with poultry, salmon, and dessert. Versatile!

Antucura Chérie Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé

£15.50Price
  • Type: Sparkling Rosé

    Grape: Pinot Noir

    Year: 2016

    ABV: 12%

    Region: Valle de Uco, Mendoza

Food: This can be drunk without food or with canapés and for lunch or breakfast. Salty foods including crisps and nuts work well. Salmon belinis, warm goats cheese with honey and even toast and marmalde suit this very drinkable sparkling rosé.

Tasting Notes: The colour is a light pink orange with small persistent bubbles. The aroma has essence of toast with candied fruit and white flowers. The taste has a slight red berry flavour and the finish is  frefreshing while quite smooth.
