100% Syrah grapes, picked in the first week of March, from high-altitude vines (1,750 metres above sea level). This high altitude brings out the Syrah in its purest form with great fruit, good structure and well-balanced acidity. The grapes were pressed and then matured in a balanced mix of first- and second-use French and American oak barrels to give the wine its wonderful intensity.
This wine is a Syrah lover’s delight. You can firmly taste the fresh Andean air when feeling the aromas dancing on your tongue. It really is very good.
